I wonder if that would annoy someone if you followed there comments and copied every word they say....and how long would it take them to notice?

I think an experiment is in order.

Re: dialect--I don't always use dialects, but when I do, it is more like my
own remembering of words heard said, or how they might be said by someone. A sort of as heard, say phonetic, spelling.

Ive wondered about the dialect you use. I like it but dont always catch
what you mean. Im afraid to sound stupid by asking. I see others have asked some things here but is this a form of slang found in one part of the country or among certain types of people. Enlighten me please,oh mighty scriber.

Oh, I thought maybe it meant "real big" ...
Or even "real bogus".
Yes, the zebra is fine.
But I think it's a shame,
Such a marvelous beast
With a cart that's so tame.
The story would really be better to hear
If the driver I saw were a charioteer.
A gold and blue chariot's something to meet,
Rumbling like thunder down Mulberry Street!

Wait! "Sissy lips ape real bogue"?!
What on earth does that mean? I thought I understood this one until that part.
But when I tell him where I've been
And what I think I've seen,
He looks at me and sternly says,
"Your eyesight's much too keen.
Stop telling such outlandish tales.
Stop turning minnows into whales."

As Mark might say,
Good Lips.
Seriously, this is really great stuff -- I've been catching up on some of these and the more I read, the more I wonder why I haven't been reading that much of late.
