YES THEY ARE AND I KNEW THIS WHEN I RENTED. JUST NEEDED IT TO BAD IT IS A WASHER AND DRYER. WITH FOUR KIDS I NEEDED IT. A WASHER CAN COST 800 IF YOU RENT IT I WILL BE 1200. REAL TALK

It's usually better to buy on a down payment plan, cheaper. I've

heard rent to own charges a pretty high rate of interest.
