blackcat, only because some people can be annoying and turn into
groupies, and worse, stalkers...mostly, people are respectful, though, but I've had my share of nutty people LOL

I don't think this is only a problem for artists.... pretty much anyone
can get unwanted attention or admiration based on the things they do. But it's not real love... so why worry about it?

i think there are 2 risks:
1. is that someone falls in love with you... making s/he love your work... but not for what it is but for who you are.2. is the contrary... Someone falling in love with your work, making you what it is.
Either way... this is not what's supposed to be. You are your art
& your art is you... there is no differenciation to be made between
the 2.
