I did indeed see Pollock and liked the whole throwing paint thing. Yes indeed White was the weakest of the three and as for Red, well I had a certain fondness for the voyeurestic old judge. Ever see The Double Life of Veronique?

Haven't seen the movie, but definitely will sometime in the future.

It's like a God's little joke for him be deaf, yet so incredible to have composed the entire 9th symphony without ever hearing a note of it (except in his head, of course.)

I never got around to seeing it because I thought Ed Harris looked silly wearing that white wig.

So I guess now I'll have to go ahead and bite the bullet.

Ever see "Pollock", btw? Best movie about an artist ever, imo.

P.S. Kielslowski's "Blue" was brilliant. Although "Red" was my favorite of the trilogy, while "White" was the weakest.

We tend to scoff at the beliefs of the ancients.
But we can't scoff at them personally, to their faces,
and this is what annoys me.
