And it has been in my experience,
the first step is always the most difficult, one foot in front of the other can seem for a short while rather awkward & clumbsy, but eventually once building momentum, the rewards far outweight the imagined fear and as one perservers onward toward the desired goal, the process becomes a part of one's comfort zone. Thank you for this contribution, again, a lot of thought and point made in a short space, well written and well to read.
