The more I delve into this issue, Justi, the stronger the evidence of
chemical "backfiring" - for lack of a better word - appears. Good points about obesity rates and contaminated food. I hope it won't be too late to de-tox our food, air, soil, water, milk..
Thank you for reading and sharing.

I agree with a comment you made here about the post. I believe a lot of chemical things are going on. We have never been an obese world. Look at all the things happening to our food. The first time in history peanut butter has been contaminated. Besides even at my age four years do not sound like as much as I want. Good information. Thanks!

I was mean to honeybees as a child, dear MaggieMae...:)
and the sight/sound of a wasp...well, never mind, I am supposed to be a grown-up, lol. Seriously, I have a feeling something chemical based is going on - new pesticides, genetically modified crops. Thank you for visiting.

Lovely lady...........
Bees and wasps near me send me into a frenzy - I hate them. I have my house exterminated every three months. I live in the country. I sure hope I haven't killed any honey bees though. If I did, I didn't mean to because I love to eat. I rarely use my cell phone. I could have never dreamed of such a thing.

I hope you are well. God bless.

Wow TAPS, more chills in the warm spring air..
A year without blackberries?? What's next..
I was outside yesterday and had my coffee this a.m. on the patio..just realized how quiet and stilled the surroundings were. Think I'm going on a honeybee hunt in a bit, either for reassurance or...
Thank you for sharing.

I sent your post to my friend in Phoenix and this is the response I just got back by email:
"Yesterday, Tookie (whose garden has the boxwood trimmed in the shape of an elephant) asked me if I had any bees here in Moon Valley. I said "no." She said her black berries are in bloom and are usually covered in bees. This years nothing. She fears that she'll not have blackberries since they won't get pollinated."

Something about the radiation possibly affecting their flight patterns,
Troosha and causing them to become lost, far away from the colony. But that theory is losing ground rapidly with me now; due to the fact of so much disease, bacterial and viral found in their bodies. Genetic hampering of the crops appears to be the strongest contender at this point, in my beginning understanding. The new, more toxic pesticides following close. Could be a combination of both.
I recommend reading RckyMtnActivist's posts concerning the issue. She has a store of pertinent and necessary information and has been researching this for years. A link is in her comment on this post.
Thank you for reading.

In the last six years, I've become an annoying little bugger to my reps,
RckyMtnActivist, lol. Mostly about war and poverty issues though. This needs to be in mainstream media, but considering the powers controlling the major broadcasters, newspapers, etc. and politicians, not surprising that it isn't.
What fellow Americans, will you be munching on whilst watching the latest idol or imus???

Hi Rae...the sad thing is I have been actively working on this issue for
the past eight years and things are just getting worse. If this is fairly new to you please read my post on Monsanto, it will give you all the info in a nutshell. More people need to be aware as many are not, then they need to be motivated to take action. Yes, I have been getting some good response. We need more people like us, I hope you continue to spread the word and write to your reps too, actually bug the hell out of them! LOL

RckyMtnActivist, I spent early morning hours reading about g.m. crops
and the host of diseases found in the dead bees' systems - the evidence points toward the practice of pumping food crops full of bacterium as the culprit, imho. Quite compelling...and chilling. You are right - Time for awareness and action, before it's too late! I like the idea of passing around pamphlets; did you get much response? Thank you for the link and information; will visit soon.

Excellent post RaeS........I hope more people get involved and write to
their Congress and Senators and demand that this be made priority. I tend to believe it has to do with pesticides and mostly genetically modified crops. If you'd like to visit, I have posted about this a couple of months ago http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/RckyMtnActivist/446001 and I also wrote a post on Monsanto, the leader in Genetic Engineering. More people need to be aware of the seriousness of this and so I have been putting together flyers and delivering them around town. This is so serious...no more bees, no more pollination, no more food, no more animals, no more humans! It's as simple as that. Thanks so much for this Rae...keep it up!

Einstein has always been found to speak the truth,
how crazy some of his statements seemed at the time. This report is disconcerting, I would have wished that this radiation would cause to diminish the population of mosquitos which carry malaria, instead of killing our bees !

Hello, YPunday. Hopefully enough advances have been made since Einstein's
statement to prevent such a premature ending; but the issue is unsettling on many levels. The harm we are doing to the planet will undoubtedly say "gotcha" one of these days if we don't begin respecting her fragility of power.
Thank you for reading and for the nice greetings to myself and Beloved Poet.
