Thanks Betty.I take the challenge of making even the rounder rocks skip.Yes
the flickof the wrist is the big part...and I often go low to hit the stone/rock as flas/horizontal as possible. The larger the rock, the faster it sinks unless, UNLESS velocity and angle are just right. OOOOOoooooo the skipping then! shalom&goodnight for now Betty

I did a lot of skipping rocks in my growing up years. The trick is in the selection of the stone and the flick of the wrist.
