Taken on an individual level, FG, you can probably flip a coin as to who

mentally stable.  It is a given fact that every person on the planet will suffer some type of of psychological or neurological disorder between birth and death.  Most of these disorders are as harmless as habitual hand-wringing or obsessive hand washing.  Some go a little further and can harmful to the individual as well as those around them.  Then there are the pyschopaths and sociopaths, who perform on another level entirely.  And those are the functional disorders.  What's wrong with these people specifically?  They need psychological help.  These are definite cries for help or the overwhelming need for attention (without proper assessment of the ramifications).  Still, we'll go with a more familiar term -- idiots.
