A lovely poem honouring our rainbow nation??
I always say to my kids they are the whole rainbow nation. They have african,dutch,english and indian blood running through their veins.  my rainbow kids.

I hope you DO embrace the Mother - so many direct and indirect allusions to Her you made. She does love you so, child of South Africa, child of Her loins. A new kind of R A I N B O W I shall remember from this tribute to Her. Ahh, it has been too long since I sang of our dear Lady's Love. Thank you for reminding me, dearest wonder.
