my little girl was 4 when she suffered 3rd degree burns on 19% of her right
side. 3 months in the burn center, skin graft after skin graft...surgery after surgery. She now has scars on her arm and the right side that will stay with her forever. She is also going to have to have surgerys on and off for the rest of her life. But something about a child going through something adults couldn't even handle...they have that innocence of thinking we lose as we grow. She gets picked on, she has bad days, real bad days sometimes, but I see in her what I wish I could see someday in myself. She has more insight now and some of that innocence has turned to realization, but she takes it in and deals with it in a way only God could have blessed her with. I pray for you and your son...

FactorFiction hi and thanks for the comment. My son is upset about his hair because the chemo took it all out. The chemo can very nasty to the body. His hair fell out his hands and feet has turn black. So that is why he is sad about his hair. take care have a nice day. peace and love. sorry about the MS

I love his answer why he is sad about his hair though!
It is definitely all about finding a "new normal." I think it took me years to figure that out dealing with MS!
