This is an indepth piece of work into this troubled young man.
Its honest of the room mate to say if he had known about Cho's depression he could have made a better effort to be his friend. From this article he was obviously a really sick boy. Whose responsiblity was it to help him or remove the threat to others? I have no answer as its always easy to be wise after the event.
