for africa and its hot,sticky weather,hot spicey curries,the spice market which carries all sorts of delicious Indian spices,the street vendours selling the freshest ,sweetest juiciest fruit....Have a wonderful time.

After reading your post, I went to a Libyana site and copied off a recipe for Bureek with spinach stuffing and listened to some of the libyan music.

I didn't know what is the english name of it, it's like rosewater bu tit's made from Orange flowers. In Arabic it is called Ma' Zaher, and it is used in many savoury and sweet dishes. I think that if you want it, your best bet is to go to a middle eastern grocery store and ask for Ma' Zahr (flower water) , i'm sure they'll understand. By the way, I dip cotton pads in it and put it on my eyes,very refreshing.
