Go to HIDING DEAD AMERICAN SOLDIERS.

that's exactly how my friend over there feels.
he's in the navy, and he definitely feels like he's mopping up. He went there in Feb. (he was already there 10 years ago, then volunteered to go again - he's a good man.) They told him he'd only be there for 3-6 months. now they are saying to start writing Christimas cards. He thinks we all forgot about him over there. When the 'official' war was going on, MSNBC got high praise, high ratings and high advertising $$$ for having their frequent feature - the Troops' Photo Board. If you had a photo of someone you knew risking thier lives, you could send it to MSNBC and watch 24 hours straight to see an empathetic and paid anchor hold it up; or maybe you can see it on the wall behind her. WHERE are the photos now??? Aren't we still putting troops' lives at risk? Haven't more of them died AFTER the wall came down??? Why don't we show the photos of the dead? Why don't we show photos of them dying? Why do we only see them smile, only when it's official?

You are right!
Obviously, the administration desires to "shield" us from the true carnage occuring. How enraging the media is cooperating with this policy, but not surprising to me. The media is almost totally corporate controlled, and government is just another name for corporate enterprise. What is this called, uh maybe facism? I've also read the numbers of mutilated soldiers, missing limbs, is being kept very quiet. They supposedly return to the U.S. at night and then are wisked off to military hospitals. No cameras allowed. Have you heard anything about this? Keep up the great work!
