You are correct. I went back and read my blog which I was copying and pasting from my journal. I left out a paragraph about the GOP trying to steer and push the date of the bill date back to time more favorable for the President to do what I mentioned. I am not going to do and do it over. That's too much work. Thanks for the correction.

You may be incorrect.
Sarooster,
I am of the opinion that the bill becomes law if the President does not sign it within ten (10) days after it reaches his desk. There is an exception if Congress is not in session.
