I've been reading but not commenting. I hope that all's is coming along ok

in other respects in your life.  Well done on the weight loss!  It makes you feel brilliant doesn't it?  It's like somehow you've got some confidence and control back.  I have vague memories of same!

I've just started a liquid diet myself today.  It's certified by the Health Board - same diet was originally prescribed by doctors to combat weight related illnesses before becoming available to the public.  It's got the RDA of everything you need. I'm about 22 - 25 lbs overweight for a healthy mid weight, about 30 - 35 lbs for fashion. To qualify my BMI needed to be 25 or over (was 26).  It will also be a necessary kick start to a healthy lifestyle & useful detox, as I've just been made aware of some food intolerances (none of which this current diet interferes with).

What's important is what type of solid food you migrate back to on this, you'll need to go back on good proteins and veg carbs for a while before introducing more starchy stuff and breads.  You'll feel really yucky otherwise, maybe get sick, and risk regaining weight.

Between 2 - 3ltr (8 - 12 pints) of water to make up for the lack of water content from solid food also.

Great news!  Isn't that a nice feeling?  When I first lost my weight 6 years ago I began to get as addicted to the positive changes in my body as I was to the bad food I was eating. But like Shelly said, be sure and get enough to eat!  I hope you're not really eating only soup??

Weight Relate!
Good for you!  I know exactly what you mean.  Oftentimes during the day, I'll reach for some object and stare at my hands.  Where'd they come from?  Are they mine?  My jeans slide right off my hips but I'm not buying another pair until I finish losing that last 9 pounds.  I went from a size 24 to a 12.  Haven't dared tuck my t-shirts in yet.  You're so brave!

Oh good for you but take it slow and it will stay off. Treat yourself
occassionally so that life doesn't become a drag but well done.

Yep, you got it made when you can finally tuck in those t-shirts!
Good for you!  Even though you should eat more.
