if you are dperessed, then please seek some professional help. As a therapist, I can say that relatives and friends paly a helpful, but temporary role. Depression must not be treated lightly and help is available in the form of medication and therapy. Please do consider it. A psychiatrist is the first step to determine what kind of depression it is. He/She will then recommend a therapist as well. Don't neglect yourself and excuse the intrusion. You don't deserve ot need to be unhapy, remember that.

I am so sorry you feel this way. I was like kind of reading my own feelings. I feel like this sometime. I feel the world is too big for me and that I want to climb into a hole and never come out. There are days that I just can't face my own children whom I love so much. I don't feel like doing anything though there is so much to do. Sometimes I have mixed feelings. One day I am on top of the world and the next I am down in the dumbs and want to give up everything. I have been thinking of going for help but I do not even have time for that. I hope you get over this soon and that someone in your life can chear you up and snap you out of it. Good luck and email or comment me anytime, I will be there for you. Take care
