- Go to The Damm Murder Was Unconscionable And The Damm Daughter Should Pay
You are point on, NewYorker. Abusive parents are a scourge, usually
passing on a seriously regressive trait. But murdering them, unless in self-defense (and I don't want to hear that psychobabble about "killing the spirit of the children", either), is definitely not the answer.

if you have abusive parents
-whether physically or psychologically- you can go to the police if still a juvenile or pack up and leave when you are 18 and not look back. I can remotely justify a murder in self defense but a premeditated one should serve the just punishment. The girl has killed three people - her mother, herself and her boyfriend.

None of my parents or grandparents were abusive to me, and my son is only twelve, and a very nice boy. I don't know why he is missing from my house, because his father told me that his dad was a drunk. It's that time of the month for me, if that tells you what country you are in at the moment, Saul relative.

Who the hell knows, TAPS. Not that it matters anymore. Single parents are
the norm these days. Or mutiple parent homes (exes and all). Bad enough to grow up confused and in a confusing home, then mix in various dysfunctions and relative pressures that come with being a teenager and the parent of a teenager and, at any given moment, you have a recipe for PROBLEMS. Still, it should almost never lead to murder.

When a child kills by accident, it is one thing, Nickie. But when children
kill for a reason, then try to cover it up, that is something totally different. And they do deserve it.

We have the same kind of crime here as well. Our judges also refer the youngster to the adult court, which is only what they deserve.
