120 pounds? and you want to take off some? Say it isn't so...
Unless you are five foot tall or under, 120 is a good working, dancing, living, breathing weight -- The desire to diet is in my mind linked to a desire to control something in a life that seems to have spun out of control. Firming up, exercising and getting in top shape is a good thing for all of us. Cutting out the soda, which is like slow poison to the body, is a good idea. But losing weight when you're in the normal range can be risky if it gets you moving toward the road to anorexia. Please be careful.  :)

That is such a positive move. As Talion said - One step at a time. Organizing your life to rid it of junk is a good thing. We don't do that until crisis comes it appears. You will make it fine and you will win the goal. Be good to bel.

One step at a time is the best course of action. Even if they don't seem like much, they add up.
