Not with milk, but I've had them with ice cream and root beer.  I've had them with pepsi too.

I enjoy black cherry  and moose tracks ice cream the most.  Have you ever made a root beer float with vanilla ice cream and milk?  A friend and I had one just a couple of days ago.  It was luscious!
