I must have missed that post. I will have to look for it in a while. They can be quite dangerous here at times too, but usually if you take precations, they are harmless.

I never like the storm. Tropical storm plus thunder and lightning ( thunderstorm ) is quite dangerous here. There were many cases of casualties, including deaths caused by thunderstorms. The most recent was the death of a student being struck by lightning while walking back to her hostel. She died. I did write a post about this incident.
