general consensus
Once you start reading news stories with a critical eye, it's difficult to stay calm... there is never any room for anything opposing the "obvious" storyline anymore. Your point of view takes into account the complexities of life, something that no news story can afford to do. The truth is, that if you were close enough to a story to know all the facts, you'd discover that most of what was reported was false.
