I think that he must love you. This could be a difficult issue to deal with. I would say go to counseling but he might reject this. It seems as though he is not happy about something in his life. Is he ok at work? How was his family growing up? May be he's just not much for affection. My former wife had similar issues and would get mad at things that I just couldn't understand. Her faimily life growing up was a disaster. My childhood was filled with happy memories. What do you think?
