Mr. Whinge predicted all of this, and I didn't believe it would happen.
He said there would be a lawsuit because of the behaviour indulged in on Blogit.
I know it had never ever been directed at me, but I'd seen it going on in the background, and did the irresponsible thing and ranted about it and left.
I know some of this behaviour has come your way as I actually accidentally came across this whole thing right now, and I'm sorry to hear it. But for your own sake, before you progress further, take a breath, try to relax. You will find support here no matter which way you go, but for your own sake, and the success of what ever option you choose, be calm.

I didn't take HydroOne to court, I sued the lawyer who drew up the deed and the Real Estate company who handled the sale.
HydroOne is above the law because it's a government owned (Crown) Corporation, and it's so very difficult to sue the Queen you see.
Now, it was the right thing for me to do because at my age I have time to challenge huge injustices that affects thousands of people in Ontario. That's all that kept me going.
If it was just for me, about me, about my emotions, I'd have let it go, believe me, but I had a psychotherapist advising me what to do.
Anyways, I just hate to see you so very upset my friend, and really wish you could just 'turn it over'.

Bhaskar...Wiley filed his case against Hydro One
A while back. He finally got his day in court last week and lost but I told him...we all told him that as long as he was willing to fight for what was right that he could never be a loser.

Bhaskar...I've been here 3 1/2 years...
My time here represents a significant portion of my life...many of these people were just like family to me - People here have lied about me. Even Manda stopped by earlier to ask me to stop being mean to Ariala without even realizing that it was the other way around. She believed the lies she had read and heard.
Ariala and her bunch have done great damage to my reputation here that can never be repaired. The lawyer boyfriend said I had a case. He said it could be a land-mark case for the courts. He'll be back from Washington on Friday and he's going to help me file it.
I have the truth on my side and it's all here in their posts in black and white. It shouldn't be very hard to prove my case.

Bhaskar...I agree...but I've been here for 3 1/2 years
And I had many friends here who were just like family to me. Ariala and her bunch have slandered me and told so many lies about me that my reputation is ruined. I'm calling the lawyer I was dating tomorrow to ask him if he will help me file a lawsuit against this bunch for slandering my good name here on Blogit.
Maybe if they have to show up in court in Dallas, TX to explain why they wrote so many lies about someone who merely said that Ariala has a bland, neutral personality, then perhaps that will wake them up and make them realize that THEY are the ones who have broken the rules here.
I haven't broken any rules at all! I am the victim in all this and if there's any legal action I can take against them, I vow to take it to the death if necessary, just as Wiley did against Hydro One.

How much I would have loved to join the fray! in fact I returned to see your reply to my comment on Ariala and found the blog gone. I must commend you for writing boldly, somehow though I believe that there is nothing bold about it, and it wasn't even a snide remark, but all in fun, for which Ariala should have taken it in the right spirit. Blogit has been and will be and should remain a friendly place where a little leg-pulling, humour, even personalized...is in perfect order.

I had a great weekend watching my daughter play basketball and I missed all the fun again.
I don't have any friends either, I can't afford them. I have no real opinion on people's personalities since all I really get to see is what they write and there is no real reason for me to believe they are a perfect predicator of their perpetrator.
That said, and go ahead world shoot me for agreeing with anyone, but I do find Ariala somewhat bland, but that's not a negative comment. Maybe, just maybe someone might notice that it's the person that remains closest to the middle of the road that get's the most action...... That's kind of bland city.
But if you wanna take some pot shots at me, come by my blog but leave some of the pot behind after you shoot me. I'll need it to recover.

You can't say anything here on Blogit that offends Ariala or else she will rally her clique against you! I've proven that simply by the fact that you're the 5th or 6th person to come uninvited to my blogs and attack me for saying that:

We all have different ways of expressing ourselves and there are many types of personalities in the world as well as on Blogit. That is what makes life interesting........life can really be simple and complimenting....but it seems that we (humans) make it more difficult than it has to be 
After seeing the devastating effects of war first hand...hate...intolerance..destruction and death......it saddens me to see things happen like this so close to home.

But apparently, they have the gang mentality that says that anything they do or say against me is fine but I am not supposed to respond.
As I told Dave, the verbal attacks against me were far worse than what I originally said about Ariala.
I said that I thought she had a neutral, bland personality. For that, I was verbally accosted several times and called "reckless and toxic" among other things.
Why is it okay for those folks to say such horrible things about me and I'm not supposed to respond?
Just because there's a whole gang of her followers doesnt mean I will take their bullshit lying down!

Think it's okay for them to trash me and talk behind my back but when I come right out in the open and confront them, they get all distraught.
Apparently, as long as you are gossiping behind someone's back, it's okay, but if you bring the issues to light, this makes everyone nervous.
The verbals attacks against me have been much worse than what I orginally said, which was mild in comparison. Of course, you cannot disparage their queen.

If you want nothing to do with them, and are tired of being pinned as the instigator, why continue to mention "them" in your posts--especially when you know "they" don't want you to?

Hey Passion.....
My husband found the recipe for Wendy's Chili on the internet. He made the chili which called for curry. That's a spice that's never held a place in my cupboard and neither of us were familiar with it. I told him to just use the chili powder and forget the curry - did we screw up? The chili was very good. What is curry anyway?

This is exactly what they did to Blanche. They made mean little comments to one another in blogs and comments sections. They sent emails back and forth saying nasty things about her.
They poked and prodded her. They made fun of her mental illness behind her back but where they KNEW she would see it. This went on for about 2 months till they finally drove her over the edge.
It upset me mostly because it was a viscious, pre-meditated attack against a mentally ill person. I went along with it till I discovered all the facts. Then it made me sick that I had sided with them.
They make it SEEM like you're the instigator.
I'm going to keep on writing whatever I want to and anybody who doesn't like it can go straight to hell.
NONE of you folks are going to drive me off of Blogit so go pull the wings off of flies like you were doing before you got busy trying to crucify Passionflower!

Passion---I don't think you are venomous OR toxic, as I've had numerous
conversations with you and know the contrary to be true.
However, maybe you might consider NOT naming people in your posts when you know that it will only draw anger and criticism--especially from those with whom you've fought before. Why poke a smoldering ember unless you want a flare up?

Honey, you've had it easy. I have no friends on Blogit! and I'm still addicted! I post here every day and sneak peeks at my comments throughout the day. I do not need to be liked to be respected as a writer, and I think that fact, more than anything else, is the major prize that Blogit! has awarded me with. It's the same as never needing the teacher-of-the-year award. I have that inner knowledge now that I am who i am, and nothing anyone says can change that. Only I can hurt myself now. That's scary.

Darling Passionflower I really hope that as a family of writers
we can up hold the belief in freedom of speech. Abortion I agree is a very emotive subject and it does have lots of grey areas. One of those ethical topics with for and against even without religious belief thrown in. But no one here should rubbish, ridicule, or say hurtful things to another blogger. Just don't. DO YOU ALL HEAR ME!!!!!
Discussion should be applauded yes, oh yes....but lets keep out the personal or vitriolic attacks. Passionflower shouldn't be made to feel they no longer belong here. That's too awful. We need discussion we need friends. Its lonely writing all day and half the night otherwise. This place can be and will be family.

ergo: I'm not pregnant so I won't have to face that atrocity. But I still believe women should have the right to consider abortion an option. Would you force a woman who has been raped to keep her child and live with that memory for the rest of her life? Why are people who are pro choice subjected to death threats and the like but there is "forgiveness and redemption" for paedophiles? Is that not murder too - psychologically ruining a child for life? Anyone who harms or kills a living child in this world for sick, disgusting reasons should be shot point blank after being tortured. I'm very passionate about this because I work with children and what some of them have gone through is heartbreaking. Agreed, abortion is murder but there is no greater sin in this world than giving birth to a child that will not be loved.

yes we do have free speech but at the same time we have the right to do what we want to our bodies and if a person believes that abortion is the right thing to do then that is between the person and the good lord. If you have never been in that predicament then don't judge someone that feels its the best thing for everyone. Fortunately I didn't abort my daughter 21 years ago, but it ran threw my mind many times, but I was too chicken to even admit I was pregnant without the support of her dad. And to this day the man hides away from her since she was seven years old.
I guess I am lucky I havent really been the target of discrimation of my blogs except two men who are now gone from Blogit and a certain female I know you know too well
