I cannot speak for the people referred to in your post for I don't know them and am not involved in their type of worship. All I know for sure, is that my experience with prayer revolves around my "relationship" with God. Prayer, for me, is not necessarily words said in a time of need for myself or others (though it can be), it is a way of life, an attitude, an awareness that he is right with me 24/7 and we laugh together, and hurt together, and appreciate together, often without even words.
