Cpklapper -- The school is a ministry of the church, so there is no legal

problems, just heart problems -- should we not honor the one who gave it to us!

Since the money was left to the school and not the church

wouldn't that put the church in legal difficulties if they use it for anything else?

Best to leave a messy situation with your integrity intact.
