Corbin,

well, this is what it looks like from north of the border: Obama is not really presidential material anyway, and won't be president.

And thank you very much for your Valentine's Day greetings. And I wish you and yours a Happy Valentine's Day as well, even if I cannot express it quite as artistically as youj can...

Corbin
When was the law that you could become president without having been born in America. I guess I was sleeping under a shade tree. Keep it up man.

I think what's worse is that he turned around and
Said he didn't mean it that way...everyone knows what he meant. Why lie?

Corbin_Dallas,

Obama is a coward like all the rest of these weak biled politicians! We honor our Vietnam, Korea, Granada, Panama, dead! Germans, Japanese honor their dead! It is time for America to get out of Iraq so these people can honor their dead!

America has to deal with the crimes of this administration absent the Iraq excuse!

Strat,
Authorized?? The war was never legal, that is the problem that America and the Planet must face!

I think ultimately the problem has been, throughout this whole mess,
that no one has adequately explained what we are doing in Iraq and why it is, in fact, important to stabilize it. Had someone actually said, "We need a free Iraq to counter dictatorships in Syria, Saudi, and Iran and bring stability to that very turbulent and important area of the world," rather than posturing about toppling dictators, evil empires, and terrorists on their own soil, then maybe more people would have bought into it.

As to soldiers' lives wasted? Well, they sign up for that very possibility the moment they put on the uniform.

I think the war was a bad idea, not because stabilizing Iraq is a bad idea, but because I just knew from the beginning that the government was going to half-ass it.
