I also suffer with chronic depression. My body hurts. My heart hurts. Please read my
blogs. They are people like us to think too much and do too little. God give us a brain
and expects us to use it to do his will. His will is that we use our gifts for the good of others.
Once we start thinking about others first, we help ourselves. Ironic isn't it?

Excellent post! And your sense of humor lightened the heavy
atrocity of this verse. I believe we may experience these heavy layden illnesses sometimes just so we can truly & whole heartedly say, "I know how you feel" and really mean it, you know? You are extremely good at expressing yourself through your writing. I apologize for not being here sooner. I've missed out on some exceptional reading. Thank you for coming around and introducing yourself.
