Comments on Denying the Future, the Past, or the Freedom of Open Debate?

Okay, let's try this again . . .

Please review the following questions carefully:

Do you disagree that perhaps the most reprehensible insult of scholarship is to liken it to denial of the Holocaust?

Is it acceptable to professionally discredit and personally destroy critics rather than attempt to refute their observations and conclusions?

Is it acceptable to bend science to the will of a political or personal agenda rather than give it the freedom to reach its conclusions independently of such agendas?

(BE CAREFUL  WITH THOSE FIRST TWO QUESTIONS. THESE ARE YES/NO ANSWERS, AND ANSWERING BOTH THE SAME WAY IN ONE WAY WILL SIDE YOU WITH THE NAZIS. DO YOU KNOW WHICH ANSWER IT IS?)

Do you claim that it is logical to equate denial of the documented past with dispute of an unproven hypothesis about the future?

Do you believe that Taranto's position with the WSJ automatically makes his extensive quotations and/or his account of historical fact and/or his fundamental logic incorrect?

Do you believe that meteorology and climatology, the two key sciences involved in the debate over "global warming," are exact sciences?

Do you believe that computer projections based upon inexact science can produce reliable results?

Do you believe that there is no other possible cause of climate change than human activity?

Think about this stuff, my good reader. These questions will reveal much about whether or not you are dedicated to an honest pursuit of the truth, or to hyperemotional propaganda.

WALL STREET JOURNAL REPRESENTS BUSINESS INTERESTS
whose interest is not served by accepting Global Warming and changing industrial practices, automobile emissions, less oil consumption.
