Nice light read!  This reminds me of whenever I am in a hotel room and find myself in the mood to write, but can't seem to find something to write upon.  YOUR discovery of a crank pencil sharpener, by the way, was priceless.  I enjoyed my visit to this blog very much tonight!  Nice Job!

Wow, I can't believe you found a hand-cranked pencil sharpener! I would almost like to see the advances that have been made since the days when I frequented hospitals WAY too often...but I think I'll keep my good luck in staying away!  Glad your family member is better.
