There can be many reasons why people dont read your blogs.
Your user name needs to be catchy! That often helps- Also, how frequently you post makes a big difference. Do you post to your blogs daily?
Another thing many people miss is commenting. Do you respond to each comment you get and then click on the link and visit one of their blogs? that's important.
Subject matter must be interesting but the headline also should pique the interest of the blogger. Statiscally speaking using the word "Blog" or "blogger" in your heading causes people to click more.
Have you ever posted your Dist List? Many people gripe about these but the fact is that people will click on the blog to see if you've been reading them.
