A few punctuation errors...of course, you're a Brit living in Spain so it might not be incorrect there...who knows? LOL.

Love stories aren't usually my cup of tea (I prefer fist fights and shoot outs and car chases, the kinds of things best described as a shot of Jack Daniels swigged from the bottle), but I'm willing to give this one a try.
