nahhh, i wouldn't worry too much...
yeah, even though i've only watched the first 2 seasons, those were roller-coaster fantastic... but there are too many other great shows to just stick with "24", lol...
as for the terrorists, if they have the free time to watch "24", then that's time NOT spent on planning destruction!... besides, if it takes 20 years for "star trek" ideas to become reality,
and it takes years to plan large-scale terrorist attacks, we still have a while yet... on the flip side, they might even be worried that the CIA or FBI might be watching "24" too!
terrorist A to terrorist B: "dammit, hakim, did you see what they did to kiefer? 24 is giving our ideas away!" LOL

PF...
I imagine they get the ideas from terrorist plots. I would hope no body gets any ideas from television or movies. 24 is a show I would like to watch, but I would like to see it from the start. As for the show I want to see, I am waiting for Jericho to come back on (this month I think).

Corbin...Frisco is north of the Plano/Richardson area.
Southfork ranch is more east and not as far north. They have a wonderful concert at Southfork every 4th of July - It goes from sun-up till midnight. Bring your beer coolers and blankets...LOL-
Holler at me if you're ever in the area - would love to meet for coffee (or something...LOL)
Billy Bob's is still going strong...did I ever tell you about the night we went dancing out there and I got so drunk I had to crawl home???? It wasn't pretty.
The weather here is gorgeous...I have my A/C on today. This is a great time to come...

There's a site called Peakvid.com (they are now upgrading their site right now)...they have hundreds of TV shows and movies you can watch on line...FREE. i catch up on 24s I miss...no commercials....
Question.....How's Billy Bob's and the stockyard district? Next year I may have a group down there staying in the Stockyards Hotel. I see that Frisco is out by the Southfork Ranch.....

Tim...we were discussing this the other day -
There are many easy "targets" on american soil that could do a great deal of damage to our infrastructure and aren't guarded at all. But the terrorists always choose sea ports and airports - places with alot of security.
They're morons....thankfully!

But I hear law enforcement types are concerned about the CSI
programs -- all that info about blood spatter patterns and blowback, and how they detect microscopic samples of this and that. It seems criminals who think ahead are studying ways of covering their tracks...

Passion, if anyone could pull off the "end of the world", the writers for
"24" could, I'm sure, but I think it just might be too real for most viewers and scare the crap out of most..

...hopefully "24" has many more imaginative seasons to run..

Tanga...I've always wondered about this type of thing.
Many of our tv shows now are very explicit in their details. Terrorists aren't very bright but they probably own televisions.

Decshak....Here's the link to the website.
You may be able to watch streaming video from their site. You could certainly order the DVD's. I think this show is in its 5th season.
Every season has been "edge of your seat" exciting. Well worth the viewing time.

Whoa! Say it ain't so! I think the creators of that series do such a good job of producing it that it would almost feel real to viewers. What do you say?

Jadelynn...Thanks - You made my point very well...
These days, we tend to be very detailed in our works of fiction, whether in novels, movies or on tv. A would be murderer who can read could certainly learn alot from many of those crime dramas.

It's definitely a possibility.
I read crime novels and learn things about how to kill people and make
it look natural...fortunately, I'm not that kind of person!
Unfortunately, that kind of person is out there somewhere...

Passion, I can only watch it on dvd..that way you dont have to wait a week
between episodes or put up with commercials..
..the creator of the series was asked how he might end it all when they decide to call it quits..he said one option was the end of the world..
..
hard to say about terrorists watching..maybe they do for "tips" but hopefully they're not taking detailed notes..
