I hate it when I have nights like that!
With me, they always happen when I really need to get sleep, like if I have to drive a lot or work a long time the next day.

Hi Passsh....Victor Frankl Has that Paradoxical Intention Method...
If you can't sleep he would tell you to have your mind focus on staying awake by repeating to yourself something like, "I mustn't fall asleep, I mustn't fall asleep, I mustn't fall asleep, I mustn't fall asleep". With that intention in your mind, the exact opposite happens. I know you've read his book, so I bet you remember the examples he outlined there. Try it next time Passssh :):):)
