Acting an emotion, I've heard, has the same or similar impact
on your psyche as "actual" emotion - be it happy or otherwise. This may contribute to love affairs between actors "pretending" to be in love but who are coupled with others in real life.  It takes talent to put yourself in another's shoes.  Break a leg! :)
