Joe, I don't know how you have the time to do everything...

But thank you so much for the leads to other interesting writers and for your well-thought-out comments and posts.

As for leaving Blogit because Shaycom has dibs on use of our work -- I'm sure my genius stuff is being stolen everyday by folks who plan to rip me off and  make a million or two. More power to 'em.

Joe Love,

I hadn't read his latest (last?) post yet, and did so right after I read yours. It may well be that his decision has to do with this, and I quote: "The statement above puts me in conflict with other agreements I am currently in." It may well be that his 'other agrrenments' would put him in a legal bind if he stayed with Blogit.

And of course, I too regret that such a talented writer is leaving, especially being Canadian and all...

Joe--
I must confess that I had to read this just to find out who robert cutforth was--actually I thought you made up the name because I'd never heard of him. LOL. And you KNOW Quirky knows everyone here, right? Anyhoo...interesting post. Keep on keepin' on!

Joe

I have always made the assumption that if I put it online then someone is bound to link to it, comment or even pass it around the internet and make fun of it.  A blog even in a private site such as blogit is intended to read and I blog in such a manner.  If I am that worried about it, I simply won't put it online.

I agree he was a very good writer, but sometimes we simply have to take things a little less seriously.
