The major advantage of being in debt when you pass on is that nobody fights to pay off the debt. They only fight if you leave money; the more you leave, the more the relatives fight over it.

I don't like being too far in debt
Because then I spend money on nothing. However, it's my full intent to be in debt the day I die. I figure if you have any money left over, when you die, you worked too much.
