But leadership.  One thing that annoys me are "leaders" who speak in broad generalities, like they are "in favor of innovation".  They can't possibily be in favor of all innovations, because there will be contradictions.  There will be a set of possible innovations that the leader favors and by declaring himself "in favor of innovation", he has declared everything else "not innovative".
