Troosha, I also thought it was as well...
Who knows how long it will take to actually affect the earth's rotation, tides, seasons, etc. But it is disturbing. It could already be affecting these areas in some degree.
I wondered if scientists were working on determining the exact climate changes we might expect and when.

Jade...If you only saw the movie, then DO go back and watch
The TV series...the BBC series is only 6 hours I think and you can rent it at Blockbuster...it's a million times better than the movie was.

I guess I would say that I am afraid of death, but it's not something
that I obsess over. I try to avoid things that cause cancer and I
don't drive drunk and all that jazz, but other than the occasional, "Oh
my god, what if I die young and never get a chance to do everything
that I want to do?" I really don't think about it.
Oh, and I did see that movie...the ending was really funny.
