I was just playing!
I have a deep connection with all dogs, they used to follow me home when I was a kid and I'd get in trouble. I'd feel heartbroken when I'd have to walk them home and yell at them to stay in their yards.
I hope I'm a dog again in my next life. Though, I hope that someone loves me as much as I love my dogs.

I'm not one to say it isn't possible, but only you would know. If this particular animal resonates with you, then maybe. But an animal can be someone's "totem animal" and this doesn't necessarily mean they were one in a past life.

I also know what it is to be a cat... and would be very sad to live without at least one in my life! I love dogs, appreciate them deeply, but not in the same way at all.

I just thought of something. A little arabic women who is a membe where I work said that she reads palms and recognizes people's animal signs. She told me I was a giraffe. You think I was a giraffe in a past life? LOL!

Hi Julia......I went to two Starbucks today and both refused to sell the
caramel sauce. They said they would sell the syrup but no longer sell the sauce. I even tried to sweet talk them but no luck! Bastards! LOL Sorry, I tried!

given the other person that I know that has a pet named BELLA is as close to a sister as anyone I know, I suspect we roamed the jungle together at some point.
Odd coincidences:
Your cat's name Bella and the name I consider to be me over my given name Bel.
You have Rocky the cat, I have Rocky the raccoon.
My cat who is basically me in feline form is named Sam...you have your dear friend Samuel.

Hmmm now I am left to wonder
I like animals in general but cats are the only animal that I can tolerate for as a pet. I have always been taken with the white tiger...I wonder.............
