I agree. We don't know what that guy told those boys about their families. A child truly is a victim in those cases.

Interesting take on the story
from some brutal childhood experiences. On the other hand, in many cases, a kidnapper has convinced a child that it is futile to try to escape or call the numbers on a "missing" poster, even if the child is not a runaway escaping a bad home.
