But once ole William says you can be his Queen, and makes it official, there's no turning back.  They've humbled themselves to the office of President.  Let them enjoy it.

I like the idea of a woman becoming American Pres., but not Hillary.
She's simply making out a case by virtue of being the wife of Bill

I'm just glad I have my King now, and those Presidential folks are only helpers.

MtClimber, Decisions based not on vision or even what's best
Short term for the nation, but rather decisions based on mood swings; also, acts of vengeance against perpetrators of imagined slights; to say nothing of going after the VRWC.

Dallas, Not because she wanted to -- but the popularity of Bush
at the time seem like a path for her to follow!

No doubt Clinton's slacking and his own agenda contribured greatly to the

horror of 9-11...but he didn't attack Iraq. The neoconservatives in power since 2000 were determined to do so, before September 11th.

And no, not joking about the economy - decent paying jobs were not a rarity in the Clinton era, as they now are.

Ted William - I hope she doesn't take it out on all of us!

Katray, You have a valid point -- but one wonders if Clinton
had kept his mind on our business and not his, would we have avoided 9/11 and all that has followed!

Not a fan of either glib talker/smooth smiler

...but those eight years of no Iraq mess and no PNAC agenda and a much healthier economy don't look so bad right about now..
