I hear ya!
Abuelita, with my own health in the balance lately, I have heard it all as well. My back has been aching because of a torn ligament and a herniated disc, and I have someone tell me to contort my body as if I were one of those circus folks. I have been told to ask my doctor for painkiller after painkiller--even when I say that I don't want to take more drugs! LOL It's just funny.
But always keep in mind that these people love you, and that's why they tell you about all these magical cures. They just want to see you happy and healthy again.
I want to see the same thing!

With all this free advice, who needs doctors?
I mean, really, I'm sure they didn't actually learn anything that everyone doesn't know just because they spend 6 years or more in medical school-- surely, my guess is as good as theirs!
