I am 24 and recently pulled my back muscles.....I hope that with each passing year I can start feeling a year younger... lol... right now I feel about 50 emotionally and physically... maybe if I start going the opposite way... I'll meet myself in the middle somewhere... what do you think? is that how it could work?
