I think I'll take it as a complement that much of my writing (or blogging, if you prefer) is not gender specific unless I drop an obvious clue. I'd never thought of it that way before. Perhaps I have a more sensitive soul than I ever imagined?
Don't feel bad about mistaking gender on Blogit. There are many I'm still not sure about because it isn't stated in their profiles and I don't have enough positive clues from their writing. Poets in particularly are often difficult to place, as well as those who mostly discuss topics rather than personal experiences.

I've done it again! I just looked at your bio-page and discovered that you're notawoman. I suffer from great gender confusion on Blogit. I thought that TAPS was a man through about six weeks of blogging, only to find out a few weeks ago that she's obviously not. (Actually, I haven't told her that yet.)
I question, therefore, the commonly stated notion that you can know so much about a person through their writing.
