Thank you so much for enjoying this! It comes from my personal work with a model of therapy called Internal Family Systems where ones "internal parts" are acknowledged and related to rather than exiled. My husband uses it- he's a therapist. It is very self-guided and creative tool toward being in "SELF"- good for us artist types who tend to interact with all those "characters" anyway.

Hey in relation to the title;
too difficult, too easy or too lonely. That made me consider the reasons people give up on finding themselves, too difficult being the prominent I think....on the other hand for many it is too lonely; turning outward to live in someone else's life rather than creating one of their own. Highly thought provoking!
