Troosha, I achieved very little other than do a few silly things, but never mind. and i have good reasons to feel a bit "off", it was supposed to be my son's birthday today, (23) he would have been, so i am okay considering.

Mixed results for me. . .
good reading and bad food, some exercise and some maudlin mood. But, I've written quite a bit. Good for you for starting off the year with a shared poem.

Sounds like you had a relaxing day
but I sense a hint melancholy (am I wrong?). It's only noon here and I'm only just getting dressed - heading back home shortly (we stayed in the big city last night) where I will undoubtedly do a bunch of nothing and thaw the stew I made last week.

I'm hungry - this computer fixation is great for losing weight, isn't it?
I bet you didn't have any chocolate. Maybe you'll have to content yourself with the chocolate candle, wafting its delicious aroma around the room. Who knows, it might give you a similar feeling of pleasure? Did you start a new painting - well, it's only like an unfinished poem or story. I've had an unfinished story on the go for more than 2 weeks now. Good read!
