I was going to order some today, since I'm just lying around watching football right now. Hoodia is a natural substance that Aborigenes have been using for centuries. That's why I think it might work.

Passionflower, I live in a small town. What the heck is Hoodia? Tell me about it. As far as exercise goes. that's a toughie for me. I can't walk. I do arm exercises and some leg exercises from my bed, but I can't do the gym stuff. I even have a machine in my livingroom that I use, but it doesn't seem to help all that much. It's more for a cardiovascular workout. Starvation may work, but it probably won't be much fun.

I have the same resolution every year
No more brussel sprouts. And I must be a paragon of will, cause I've never once broken my New Year's Resolution.
Of course I've been nabbed a few times by the clown police, but that's another story all together.
Happy New Year PF, I hope this shiney new year brings you peace and joy instead of sticks and weeds. That's also another story.

Maggie...alot of people feel this way about weight loss
You have to be tenacious and determined to loose it. It would also help if you could go out to a gym. Have you tried Hoodia? Don't buy a cheap brand. Be sure to get the genuine product that comes from South Africa.

Passion, I don't make New Year's resolutions because they are too hard to keep. If I could do anything and would resolve to do them if I knew I could stick to them, would be to lose weight and stick to my Diabetic diet. I would also exercise and shape up. Those are the things I would most like to do.
I wish for you a happy and prospherous year, good health and love. By the way, we have not gone out in years and have no plans to do so this year.

Do you have any kids or family who might could use a new phone? I could use one. I busted the little screen on the front of mine a while back. But it would have to be a Cingular (nokia) in order for me to use it.

He is a gift and I don't know quite what to do with it yet..Yesterday he bought me a new cell phone with something outrageous like 2500 minutes..Who talks that much? You know I have no devotion to cell phones or any phone. Still it was a very kind thing to do. Now what do I do with my cell phone?
