I don't think I've ever heard of that.  I wonder if Missouri has any.

Jane's,
You have what it takes to be the best nurse practitioner the state has I am sure. Those units you may not have are made up in real care for your patients, that is worth more than the meds. Have a grand New Year.

Thanks Offbeats for your kind words and good wishes.
Being sort of new as a nurse practitioner, though, I think I would probably benefit from 140 or more . . . .  But thank you!

Nautikos, I agree, leaving out the "just" is probably a smart move.

Thanks one and all for your comments!

whacky I can totally relate. It's not just the government . . . .
I have my share of blonde moments, occuring too frequently!

Jane
a category with one case in it is certainly strange! It would also be interesting to find out what exactly this individual would be trained to do. And considering the number of poorly trained 'attendants' I have encountered in other areas, the next time I find myself in a hospital I will be sure to ask those looking after me, 'Are you a RN or just a 'Trained Attendant?' Well, maybe I'll leave out the 'just'...

Well, it seems like whereever you go the government is confused.

But then so am I.
Let us know if youever find out what a trained attendent is.
