I'm no master of haiku.  People seem to like them, so I keep posting stuff that looks like haiku -- what I call pseudo-haiku.  Thanks for stopping by, and welcome to Blogit.

Yes, there is a very good reason for the missing syllable -- I dropped a word on the first line, didn't bother to count syllables (or read it very carefully) when I posted, and repeated the same mistake two more times.  In other words, I can't count and I can't proofread worth crap when I'm sleepy.  Thanks for pointing out my mistake.  It would probably still be there if you hadn't caught it.

Hi Notty
Is there a syllable missing on purpose from 'Five seven five'? I only say this as an ignoramus - I know nothing about haiku. Other than that question, great stuff.

nomally im not a big fan of haiku...
but i find yours interesting. its definently not my style but i like them, and that is whats makes this place so nice.
