- Go to The Bible Has This To Say About Good Writing
You are right the bible does say that, however some of
the translators of the bible certainly needed some grammar lessons. It blows my mind sometimes when I am assigned a Scripture Reading at Church and the grammar is awful! Good point though, Jazwof.

The Bible has a lot to say about a lot of things... but don't get me
started. What annoys me most, are the hypocrites that use throw the Good Book at you to manipulate and justify their petty views and shady dealings. Kick me if I ever become one of "those holier-than-thou creatures". Time for breakfast, and ho, sunshine! A beach stroll perhaps, after I shed my yellow ducks pjs...They are a great look!

oh, I missed that proverb before, that is a good one.
I ony know about the rotten apple in the bushel, and the fly in the ointment, speaking of which, (I hope the blowflies of my life will buzz off soon).
The Bible, has some really poetic and beautiful language in it. (Some translations are poor and misleading though). I often find myself, comparing translations, they do affect the meaning greatly. I have a strong interest in translation and did some for a while, but I discovered my limits, (ie: poor grammar skills that need to be addressed as you know).
